University Place Description
This venue is the latest addition to our extensive conference portfolio and houses the largest dedicated lecture theatre in the Greater Manchester region. It is an ideal venue for large national and international conferences and high profile events, and boasts a large number of flexible, flat floored rooms for discussion groups.
It has been fitted out with the most up to date audio-visual aids and there is a highly qualified technical support team on site who can also advise on WiFi and wired internet access around the building.
There is also a shop and Visitors Centre on site which is proving to be a useful facility for conferences. Located at the centre of the campus, it is no more than a 5 minute walk from any of the other teaching buildings or the majestic Whitworth Hall and equally impressive Manchester Museum.
