Every three years The University of Manchester hosts our international Annual Conference which attracts more than 800 participants. The University has a broad range of conference facilities and its location in the city centre - with excellent national and international transport links - makes it an ideal choice for our event. We return with confidence knowing that the professional Conference Team are always on hand to offer advice and expertise which helps to make our event a success. I look forward to returning in the near future.Lucy Oxley, Events and Marketing Manager, Geographical Association
The superbly equipped 524 seat C16 Theatre and two 296 seat theatres open onto the 900 sqm exhibition space and refreshment area - a key factor where exhibitions run alongside conferences.
The Renold Building also contains a further 25 seminar rooms and theatres seating 25 - 150 delegates making it a very effective venue for large-scale conference use. The main conference floors all benefit from Wi-Fi access.
Its prime city centre location also means it is only 250 metres from Piccadilly station and within walking distance of University accommodation and local hotels.
