The neo-Gothic Whitworth Building is a real Manchester treasure. This elegant, Grade II listed venue offers the stunning Whitworth Hall available for meetings for up to 675, banquets for up to 300. It is also a recognised film location.

Adjoining the Whitworth Hall is the imposing Council Chamber and nearby are six boardrooms seating 12 to 24 delegates. The adjacent Christies Bistro, has a sophisticated and calm atmosphere providing a welcome escape from the business of the day, and can be used for drinks receptions and private dinners.

The Whitworth Building's stunning architecture also makes it a popular choice for weddings. Located at the centre of the campus, it is no more than a 5 minute walk from any of the other lecture buildings including the iconic University Place, where the two venues can be combined for major conferences.
